产后康复仪联合穴位按摩在剖宫产术后康复中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨产后康复仪联合穴位按摩在剖宫产术后康复中的应用效果,为实际应用提供参考依据。方法100例择期剖宫产产妇,随机分为研究组和对照组,每组50例。对照组术后予以常规护理,研究组在对照组基础上于术后6 h加用产后康复仪和穴位按摩。比较两组产妇术后首次肛门排气时间、排便时间、子宫复旧时间、恶露持续时间及术后不适症状发生情况。结果研究组产妇子宫复旧时间、恶露持续时间、术后首次肛门排气时间、排便时间分别为(8.35±2.57)d、(16.15±3.12)d、(23.25±6.26)h、(2.15±0.60)d,均显著短于对照组的(12.21±3.35)d、(20.37±4.19)d、(35.18±15.15)h、(3.02±1.16)d,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组产妇术后不适症状发生率为12%,低于对照组的32%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论产后康复仪联合穴位按摩有利于促进剖宫产术后子宫复旧、肛门排气、排便,且术后不适症状更少,能够保障母婴健康,值得推广应用。Objective To discuss the application effect of postpartum rehabilitation instrument combined with acupoint massage in the rehabilitation after cesarean section,so as to provide reference for practical application.Methods A total of 100 women with elective cesarean section were randomly divided into research group and control group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received conventional nursing after surgery,and the research group received postpartum rehabilitation instrument and acupoint massage on the basis of the control group at 6 h after surgery.The postoperative first anal exhaust time,defecation time,time of uterine involution,duration of lochia and the occurrence of postoperative discomfort symptoms were compared between the two groups.Results The time of uterine involution,duration of lochia,postoperative first anal exhaust time,and defecation time in the research group were(8.35±2.57)d,(16.15±3.12)d,(23.25±6.26)h,and(2.15±0.60)d,which were significantly shorter than(12.21±3.35)d,(20.37±4.19)d,(35.18±15.15)h,and(3.02±1.16)d in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative discomfort symptoms in the research group was 12%,which was lower than 32%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Postpartum rehabilitation instrument combined with acupoint massage is conducive to promoting uterine involution,anal exhaust and defecation after cesarean section,and has fewer postoperative discomfort symptoms,which can protect the health of mothers and babies,and is worthy of promotion and application.
