摘 要:采用静电纺丝技术制备TiO_(2)纳米纤维,通过水热反应法制备了CaIn_(2)S_(4)/TiO_(2)复合光催化剂,通过X射线衍射仪、扫描电子显微镜、荧光光谱仪及紫外-可见光漫反射光谱仪等对样品的晶体结构、显微结构及吸光特性进行了测试,并考察了其在可见光照射下对甲基橙的降解性能。结果表明,不同比例的复合相CaIn_(2)S_(4)/TiO_(2)样品都具有可见光催化活性,且当CaIn_(2)S_(4)和TiO_(2)的摩尔比为70%时,样品的可见光催化活性最高。该样品在可见光照射40 min后,甲基橙的降解率接近90%以上,其催化机理与半导体协同效应及样品中异质结的形成有关。TiO_(2) nanofibers were prepared by electrospinning technology,and the composite photocatalysts of CaIn_(2)S_(4)/TiO_(2) nanofibers with different mole ratios were subsequently prepared by hydrothermal method.The crystal structure,microstructure and absorption properties of the synthesized samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction,scanning electron microscope,fluorescence spectrometer and ultraviolet-visible diffuse reflection spectrometer etc.The degradation of methyl orange under visible light irradiation was also investigated.The results showed that the composite phase CaIn_(2)S_(4)/TiO_(2) samples with different ratios had visible light catalytic activity,and when the molar ratio of CaIn_(2)S_(4) and TiO_(2) was 70%,the visible light catalytic activity of the sample was the highest.After the sample was irradiated with visible light for 40 min,the degradation rate of methyl orange was close to more than 90%,and its catalytic mechanism was related to the synergistic effect of semiconductors and the formation of heterojunction in these samples.
