摘 要:为探讨道岔连续梁梁柱式支架施工应用,以金竹特大桥6 m×32.7 m道岔连续梁为例,对支架设计方案的受力和稳定性进行验算,分析了连续梁支架的基础施工、支架体系施工、支架预压,并提出施工注意事项。经稳定性验算得出,倾覆力矩为431.18 kN·m,抗倾覆稳定系数为30.4,组合应力为174.46 MPa,剪切应力为64.21 MPa,最大位移为9.65 mm,支架的强度和刚度及稳定性均满足规范要求。对支架设计方案及稳定性进行验算,保证了道岔连续梁的施工安全,促使后续各道工序高效、有序地开展,为类似工程提供借鉴。Taking the 6 m×32.7 m continuous turnout beam of Jinzhu Bridge as an example, this paper checks the force and stability of the support, then analyzes the foundation construction, support system construction and support preload of the continuous beam support and puts forward construction precautions. After the stability check, it is concluded that the overturning moment is 431.18 kN·m, the anti-overturning stability coefficient is 30.4, the combined stress is 174.46 MPa, the shear stress is 64.21 MPa and the maximum displacement is 9.65 mm. The strength, stiffness and stability of the bracket meet the specification requirements. The check and calculation of the design scheme and stability of the support can ensure the construction safety of the turnout’s continuous beam and promote the highly efficiency and orderly development of the subsequent procedures, which provides reference for the similar projects.
