摘 要:针对美军近年来提出的“马赛克战”等新兴作战概念中要素动态组合、能力动态生成的特征,探讨海战场作战能力动态映射方法。在分析梳理美海军作战指挥链和作战指挥层级的基础上,分析其作战体系中的静态、准静态和动态部分;运用超网络理论构建了节点、子网、超边,以及情报流、指挥流、响应流模体模型;提出了作战单元能力的构成及其向流模体聚合的方法,以及通过求解流模体能力开展能力分解和分配的方法。上述方法可为进一步探索美军“马赛克战”“分布式作战”等新兴作战概念的实现机理提供参考。In this paper, the emerging operational concepts such as "mosaic warfare" put forward by the US military in recent years is addressed, the features such as dynamic reorganization of operational element and dynamic generation of capabilities are analyzed, and the dynamic mapping method of the sea battlefield operational capabilities is explored. Based on the analysis of the US Navy’s operational chain of command and operational command hierarchy, the static, quasi-static and dynamic parts of the operational system is discussed. Supernetwork approach is used to construct the model of node, subnet, super edge, information flow, command flow and acting flow. The operational capability composition and the method of polymerization to flow model are proposed. The method of decomposition and distribution capabilities is proposed by solving the flow model capabilities. It can be a reference for analyzing the realization mechanism of the US military’s concepts of "mosaic warfare" and "distributed maritime operations".
