摘 要:通过以堆肥产品作为介质的一种生物滤池工艺处理垃圾渗滤液,研究其在不同进样条件下对垃圾渗滤液的处理效果,主要对垃圾渗滤液中的氨氮、化学需氧量、硝酸盐氮、亚硝基盐氮、溶解氧以及浊度的变化进行测定。结果表明,堆肥产品对于垃圾渗滤液中的氨氮有很好的处理效果,去除率达70%以上,并且对于溶解氧也有所降低。从正交实验表和分析图可以清晰地看到,对处理效果的影响因素pH>通气量>流速>浓度>时间,pH是主要影响因素,并且得到了pH为7.5、通气量为0.6 m3/h、流速为1000 mL/h、进样时间为2 h的最佳处理组合。This article mainly introduces with the compost product as the medium of one biofilter crafts to treat trash infiltration fluid,and studies the effect on trash infiltration fluid under dissimilar feeding condition,in which mainly to ammonia nitrogen,chemical oxygen demand(CODCr),the nitrate nitrogen,the nitrite nitrogen,the dissolved oxygen as well as the turbidity change carries on the determination.The determination results show that the compost product has very good processing effect on ammonia nitrogen of the trash infiltration fluid,the removing rate reaches above 70%,and the dissolved oxygen is also reduced.From the orthogonal experiment table and the analysis chart,it can be clearly seen that the primary and secondary influence factors on treatment effect is pH>ventilation volume>flow rate>concentration>time,pH is the major effect factor,and obtained optimum processing combinations are pH 7.5,ventilation quantity 0.4 m3/h,the flow rate 1000 mL/h,the feeding time 2 h.
