电极法和分光光度法测定氟化物的比较

摘  要:比较了电极法和分光光度法对氟化物的测定结果,对干扰物的处理方法两者均采用蒸馏法。在测定过程中,得出电极法的标准曲线为y=58.9x-245,分光光度法的标准曲线为y=0.0280x+0.0018,两者线性r值相关系数均>0.9990;电极法的检出限为0.04 mg/L,分光光度法的检出限为0.01 mg/L;电极法的标准偏差为0.0045~0.0124,分光光度法的标准偏差为0.0019~0.0071;电极法的变异系数为0.818%~1.107%,分光光度法的变异系数为0.380%~0.651%;电极法的平均回收率为98%,分光光度法的平均回收率为100%,各项指标均在合理的范围内。比较分析结果表明,分光光度法更适合用于对氟化物的测定。Fluoride was determined by electrode method and spectrophotometry method,and distillation method was used to deal with interfering substances.In the determination process,the standard curve of electrode method is Y=58.9x-245,the standard curve of spectrophotometry is Y=0.0280x+0.0018,and the correlation coefficients of linear r values of both are greater than 0.9990.The limit of detection was 0.04 mg/L for electrode method and 0.01 mg/L for that of spectrophotometry.The standard deviations of electrode method and spectrophotometry were 0.0045-0.0124 and 0.0019-0.0071,respectively.The variation coefficients of electrode method and spectrophotometry were 0.818%-1.107%and 0.380%-0.651%respectively.The average recoveries of electrode method and spectrophotometry were 98%and 100%respectively.All indicators are within a reasonable range.The comparative analysis results show that the spectrophotometric method is more suitable for the determination of fluoride.
