摘  要:砂轮锋利是磨削加工的第一需求。但是,科技文献中有关砂轮锋利性的描述仍是一个相对模糊的概念,至今没有统一的定义或规范,甚至有许多明显的错误理解。为此,首先对相关锋利性问题进行了梳理、分析,发现砂轮锋利性远复杂于切削刀具,砂轮锋利性是指砂轮磨削加工能力的大小,与砂轮当下磨削条件有关。进一步,阐述了可以表征砂轮锋利性的四个磨削特征参数及其特点,分析了影响砂轮锋利性的相关因素。最后,基于磨削功率、磨削比两大工程试验关键数据,对砂轮锋利性、耐用性进行了关联分析,得出砂轮锋利并非砂轮固有特性,具有时变性。Sharpness degree of grinding wheel is the first requirement of grinding process.However,the description of grinding wheel sharpness in scientific literature is still a relatively vague concept.There is no uniform definition or specification,and even there are many obvious misunderstandings.The sharpness degree of grinding wheel is much more complicated than cutting tool,and it is referred to the ability of grinding wheel to grind work-piece,which is related to the current grinding condition.Furthermore,four grinding feature parameters and their characteristics which can be used to characterize the sharpness degree of grinding wheel are described,and the related factors affecting the grinding wheel sharpness are analyzed.Finally,on the basis of the two sets of engineering key data of grinding power and ratio,the correlation analysis of sharpness and durability of grinding wheel is carried out,it is concluded that the sharpness of grinding wheel is not the inherent characteristics,but the time-varying feature.
