摘 要:随着社会的发展,环境问题日益严重,因此政府加大力度发展绿色住宅,希望缓解部分环境问题。国内绿色住宅的发展并不成熟,尚处于起步阶段,大多数消费者对绿色住宅没有强烈的购买意愿,因此需要政府来刺激消费。经济激励政策的实施为市场建立标准,使得绿色住宅得到快速发展。本文从信息不对称的角度建构一个模型(政府与用户),通过博弈进一步对实时的策略展开分析,确定出相关激励政策,推动绿色住宅发展。With the development of society,environmental problems have become increasingly serious.In view of this problem,the government has intensified efforts to develop green housing,hoping to alleviate part of the environmental problems.The development of green housing in China is not mature enough and still in the initial stage.Most consumers do not have strong purchase intention for green housing,so the government needs to implement economic incentive policies to establish market standards,stimulate consumption,and promote the rapid development of green housing.From the perspective of information asymmetry,this paper constructs a model based on evolutionary game theory(government and users)to further analyze the real-time strategy,and determine the relevant incentive policies,so as to promote the green housing development.
