摘　　要：随着法制社会的不断推进,人们对于司法审判、诉讼服务和司法管理公开化、透明化的要求越来越高,这就要求人民法院的诉讼、审判和执行过程能够实现全业务网上办理、全流程依法公开、全方位智能化服务。尤其对于新建法院建筑,在项目立项时就要考虑智能化系统设计的内容,以满足后期法院业务的运行和管理需求。本文以一个法院项目为例,介绍了法院建筑智能化系统的配置,并对特殊的系统提供了设计思路和具体方法。With the continuous advancement of the legal society,people have higher and higher requirements for the openness and transparency of judicial trial,litigation service and judicial administration,which requires People’s Court litigation,trial and enforcement processes to be fully online,open and intelligent.Especially for the newly-built court building,the intelligent system design should be considered in the initial project to meet the operation and management needs of later court business.Taking a court project as an example,this article introduces the intelligent system configuration of the court building,and provides the design ideas and specific methods for the special system.
