摘 要:晋能控股煤业集团某矿1311工作面胶带顺槽采用锚杆(索)联合支护,由于支护强度高,造成支护材料成本高,严重影响了矿井生产效益。通过理论分析法和经验法对支护方案进行了优化,优化后的方案以高强锚杆替代19股锚索,钻孔长度减少了36.5%;材料直接成本及运输成本减少了37%。经理论验算,支护强度能够满足现场的安全使用。研究成果对保证围岩稳定、降低生产成本具有重要意义。The belt gateway of 1311 mining face in a certain coal mine of Jinneng Holding Coal Industry Co.,Ltd.adopts bolt (cable) combined support.Due to the high support strength,the cost of supporting materials is high,which seriously affects the mine production efficiency.Through theoretical analysis and empirical method,the support scheme is optimized.The optimized scheme uses high-strength bolt instead of 19 strands of anchor cable,and the length of drilling hole is reduced by 36.5%;the direct cost of material and transportation cost is reduced by 37%.According to the manager’s theory,the support strength can meet the safety use of the site.The research results are of great significance to ensure the stability of surrounding rock and reduce the production cost.
