摘　　要：磁锚定技术为当前外科微创手术提供了新的发展契机,基于该技术的磁锚定腹腔视频系统可以有效改善单孔腹腔镜手术的操作性和微创性。综述磁锚定腹腔视频系统的发展历史,对比分析各类型磁锚定视频器械的设计特点和不足之处。从微创化和智能化两方面阐述磁锚定视频系统的演变特点,并总结和展望磁锚定视频系统面临的挑战和机遇。Magnetic anchoring technology provides a new development opportunity for current minimally invasive surgery.The magnetic anchoring abdominal video system based on this technology can effectively improve the operability and minimally invasiveness of single-port laparoscopic surgery.The development history of magnetically anchored abdominal video system was reviewed,and the design features and deficiencies of various types of magnetically anchored video devices were compared and analyzed.The evolution characteristics of the magnetic anchored video system are explained from minimally invasive and intelligent perspectives,and the challenges and opportunities of magnetic anchored video system are summarized and prospected.
