摘 要:光纤有独特的性能,应用领域广泛,应用市场也在不断的增加,随着人们的生活水平的提高,应用需求也随之增加。这就对特种光纤的几何参数测试提出了较高的要求,光纤几何尺寸的变化影响着光纤的传输性能,目前主要依据国际电工委员会标准IEC 60793-1-21,应用侧视法对光纤涂覆层,包括一次涂覆、二次涂覆几何性能进行测试。侧视法通过有限点拟合反映光纤涂覆层几何性能,这种方法在解决普通光纤,比如G652,G655等光纤可以有效的解决,但是对特种光纤不能较好的计算各个参数。本文采用近场光分布法开展对光纤涂覆层几何参数的测试,这种方法,可以更好的反应光纤端面的特性。Optical fiber has unique performance,wide application fields,and the application market is also increasing.With the improvement of people’s living standards,the application demand is also increasing.This puts forward higher requirements for the geometric parameter test of special optical fiber.The change of optical fiber geometric size affects the transmission performance of optical fiber.At present,the side view method is mainly used to test the geometric properties of optical fiber coating,including primary coating and secondary coating,according to the International Electrotechnical Commission Standard IEC 60793-1-21.The side view method reflects the geometric properties of optical fiber coating through finite point fitting.This method can effectively solve the problems of ordinary optical fibers,such as g652,G655 and other optical fibers,but it can not calculate the parameters of special optical fibers.In this paper,the near-field light distribution method is used to test the geometric parameters of optical fiber coating.This method can better reflect the characteristics of optical fiber end face.
