摘　　要：According to the provisions of the Trademark Law on the legal consequences of trademark invalidation and the imputation principle for trademark infringement,the use of the allegedly infringing trademark before invalidation shall be deemed to constitute infringement of the right trademark,but whether to bear the infringement liability such as compensation for damages,the judgment standard should be based on whether the user of the infringing trademark has a subjective fault.
