摘 要:由于我国港口起重机长期处在恶劣的工作环境和频繁交变的载荷状态下,其设备结构本身会存在一定的安全问题和事故隐患。运行状态监测是应对起重机械典型失效问题的重要手段,特别是对于港口大型企业,更加需要合理可靠的监测技术进行科学预防。本文采用应变和振动传感手段,针对港口起重机典型工况研发了港口起重机械运行状态监测系统,以数据流为导向,依次实现了数据集成、存储、处理以及远程传输的功能。该系统通过在青岛前湾联合港口进行应用,证明技术可行,系统稳定。For a long time, the port crane in our country has been in a bad working environment and under the condition of frequent alternating load, so there are some safety problems and potential accidents in its equipment structure. The running condition monitoring is an important method to deal with the typical failure problems of crane,especially for large port enterprises, it is more necessary to use reasonable and reliable monitoring technology for scientific prevention. In this paper, using the sensor technology of strain and vibration,guided by the data flow, the monitoring system for the typical working conditions of port cranes is developed, which realizes the functions of data collection, storage, analysis processing and remote transmission. In the end, the application in a port enterprise of Qingdao proves that the technology is feasible, the system is stable and reliable.
