摘  要:通过MMS-300热力模拟机探讨了热循环峰值温度对09MnNiDR钢热影响区组织和性能的影响,并结合光学、扫描、透射电子显微镜技术对焊接热影响区的组织进行了观察。研究结果表明,09MnNiDR低温压力容器用钢随着峰值温度的升高,热影响区组织由铁素体、珠光体组织向粒状贝氏体组织过渡,M-A组元的形貌由块状转变为长条状;其中M-A组元是影响热影响区低温韧性的主要因素,特别是M-A组元的形貌。The effect of peak temperature of thermal cycle on the microstructure and properties of heat affected zone of 09MnNiDR steel was discussed by MMS-300 thermal simulator,and the microstructure of welding heat affected zone was observed by optical,scanning and transmission electron microscopy.The results show that with the increase of peak temperature,the microstructure of heat affected zone changes from ferrite and pearlite to granular bainite,and the morphology of M-A component changes from block to strip;Among them,M-A component is the main factor affecting the low-temperature toughness of heat affected zone,especially the morphology of M-A component.
