摘  要:通过电动单梁起重机接触器触点粘连事故分析,对起重机控制电路进行优化改进,在控制电路中添加时间继电器。在时间继电器线圈回路中,通过上、下行按钮的常闭触点以及上、下行方向接触器的常开触点在运行中触点开闭的转换逻辑,监测相应接触器触点粘连与否,并通过时间继电器延时断开常闭触点与失压脱扣控制断路器配合应用,达到接触器触点粘连的有效防护。Through the analysis of contactor contact adhesion accident of electric single-girder crane,the control circuit of the crane is optimized and improved,time relay is added to the control circuit.In the time relay coil circuit,contact adhesion of the corresponding contactors is monitored through the switching logic of the normally closed contacts of the up and down buttons and the normally open contacts of the up and down direction contactors in the running process.The effective protection of contactor contact adhesion can be achieved through the application of time relay delay disconnecting normally closed contact and voltage loss tripping control circuit breaker.
