腰痹中药复方中高频中药抗炎镇痛研究概述

摘　　要：腰痹为风湿病的三级病名,发作时常表现为腰部疼痛,痛感易随天气和劳累程度而变化。现代医学研究发现,由炎症引发的内源性或外源性刺激疼痛感受器,是引发腰痹临床症状的主要原因。中医药在临床治疗腰痹方面具有悠久的历史和良好的疗效。对来源于临床上常用于治疗腰痹的经典名方、临床验方、《中国药典》及《中药部颁标准》的36首中药复方、127味中药进行用药频数统计发现,用药频次居前10%的中药有3味,分别是补虚药当归、平肝息风药地龙、活血化瘀药川芎。根据频数分析的结果,对使用频次最高的3味中药的抗炎镇痛作用进行综述,为腰痹的中医治疗及中药开发提供参考。Low-back bi syndrome is a tertiary disease name for rheumatism. It often manifests as low back pain during attacks. The pain easily changes with the weather and the degree of exertion. Modern medical research has found that endogenous or exogenous stimulation of pain receptors triggered by inflammation is the main cause of clinical symptoms of low-back bi syndrome. Traditional Chinese medicine has a long history and good curative effect in clinical treatment of low-back bi syndrome. Through the frequency statistics of 36 traditional Chinese medicines and 127 traditional Chinese medicines derived from classical prescriptions, clinical prescriptions, Chinese Pharmacopoeia and National Standard for Chinese Patent Drugs commonly used in the treatment of low-back bi syndrome. The results show that there are 3 traditional Chinese medicines in the top 10% of the drug frequency, namely supplemental drugs-Angelicae sinensis, flatr best wind pharmaceutical-Pheretima, promoted blood stasis medicine-Ligusticum chuanxiong. Based on the results of frequency analysis, this paper reviews the anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects of the most frequently used three traditional Chinese medicines, and provides a reference for the traditional Chinese medicine treatment and development of low-back bi syndrome.
