高校家庭经济困难学生认定工作存在的问题及对策

摘　　要：做好家庭经济困难学生认定工作,是贯彻落实党中央、国务院决策部署,全面推进精准资助,确保资助政策有效落实的迫切需要。高校家庭经济困难学生认定工作存在认定标准不够量化、认识不到位、认定材料真假难辨、评议公信力不足、个人隐私保护不足等问题。高校可以从统一标准、量化考核、加强培训与教育等方面提升家庭经济困难学生认定工作水平。Doing a good job in the identification of students from families with financial difficulties is an urgent need to implement the decisions and arrangements of the Party Central Committee and the State Council,comprehensively promote precise funding,and ensure the effective implementation of funding policies.Problems existing in the identification of students with financial difficulties in colleges and universities are as follows:insufficient quantification of identification standards,insufficient understanding,difficult to distinguish the authenticity of identification materials,insufficient credibility of evaluation,and insufficient protection of personal privacy.Colleges and universities can improve the level of identification of students with financial difficulties from the aspects of unified standards,quantitative assessment,and strengthening of training and education.
