摘  要:航空电子设备复杂度日益提升,系统综合化程度增加,未发现故障(No Fault Found,NFF)事件逐年上升,带来额外经济损失、维修周期延长和可靠性指标降低,影响部队飞行作训。主要阐述了NFF事件的含义及其对航空电子设备的负面影响,分析了NFF发生的原因包括系统设计因素、测试性设计欠缺、隐藏的软硬件缺陷、人员和环境因素等,并逐一进行了详细说明,然后从优化系统设计、提高系统测试性、故障信息整合、人员与环境等方面提出了减少NFF事件的措施。With the increasing complexity of avionics equipment and the growing degree of system integration,the no fault found(NFF)incidents are increasing in frequency year by year,causing extra economic losses,prolonging the maintenance cycle,reducing the reliability indicators while affecting the flight training of troops.The meaning of NFF incidents and its negative impacts on avionics equipment are expounded;and the factors causing NFF,including system design factors,testability design defects,hidden software and hardware defects,personnel and environmental factors are analyzed,which are also elaborated in detail one by one.In addition,the measures to reduce NFF incidents are proposed from the aspects of optimizing system design,improving system testability,integrating fault information,changing personnel and environmental factors.
