摘　　要：通过对IEEE1451标准的简单介绍,结合目前振动测试领域的实际情况,提出振动类TEDS传感器和相关仪器的设计方法和发展趋势。Based on the brief introduction of IEEE1451 standard and the actual situation in the field of vibration testing,the design method and development trend of TEDS sensors and related instruments for vibration are proposed.
