摘 要:目前,油气田设备因电压波动停运后,需要人工快速重新启动,监视恢复正常流程。为了降低电压波动的不利影响,缩短生产流程恢复正常的时间,现场设计了一种技改方案。通过基于PLC设备和电压继电器技术革新,在线实时检测欠电压信号,利用原有启动电路和故障复位电路,通过PLC设备自动决策启动设备,最终实现助推流程平稳的功能。At present, after the shutdown of oil and gas field equipment due to voltage fluctuation, it is necessary to manually restart it quickly to monitor and restore the normal process. In order to reduce the adverse effects of voltage fluctuations and shorten the time for the production process to return to normal, a technical innovation plan is designed. Through the technical innovation based on PLC equipment and voltage relay, online and real-time detection of undervoltage signal, using the original starting circuit and fault reset circuit, automatic decision-making to start the equipment through PLC equipment, and finally realize the function of stable boosting process.
