摘　　要：腹股沟疝是常见外科疾病,多数患者需手术治疗。近年来,以腹腔镜为主的微创手术在疝外科得到普及推广。伴随临床指南的发布、器械与材料的进步、治疗理念和解剖认识的更新,腹腔镜腹股沟疝修补术,特别是腹腔镜完全腹膜外疝修补术(TEP)向更精准、更微创的方向发展。笔者回顾近年文献,结合临床实践,探讨腹腔镜TEP的临床应用进展。Inguinal hernia is a common surgical disease,and most patients need surgical treatment.In recent years,minimally invasive surgery based on laparoscopy has been popularized in hernia surgery.With the release of clinical guidelines,the progress of instruments and materials,the update of treatment concepts and anatomical knowledge,laparoscopic inguinal hernia repair,especially laparoscopic total extraperitoneal hernia repair(TEP),is developing towards a more accurate and minimally invasive direction.Based on literatures in recent years and combined with clinical practice,the authors explore the advances in clinical application of laparoscopic TEP.
