明崇祯年间的生态破坏与救荒措施--以安徽地区为例

摘　　要：明代崇祯年间生态破坏严重。文章分析了生态破坏原因,得出结论,认为导致崇祯年间生态破坏的原因主要有人为和自然两方面因素。文章指出崇祯年间生态破坏直接影响了当时安徽地区文化经济的发展,以及对今日西北地区文化中心地位衰落有间接的影响。最后通过对崇祯年间官方和民间救荒措施的分析,指出实施救荒措施并不能从根源上解决生态破坏带来的问题。The ecological damage in Chongzhen period of Ming Dynasty was serious.Through the introduction of the causes of ecological damage,the paper analyzes that the causes of ecological damage in Chongzhen period were mainly man-made and natural factors.It points out that the ecological damage during Chongzhen period directly impacted the then economic and cultural development of Anhui and indirectly contributed to the decline of Northwest China as the cultural center of China.Finally,through the analysis of the official and folk famine relief measures in Chongzhen years,the paper concludes that the implementation of famine relief measures can not solve the problems caused by ecological damage from the root.
