皮肤镜图片在本科生实践教学中的应用

摘　　要：皮肤性病学是临床医学的一个重要分支。皮肤病种类繁多,且很容易受气候、温度和地域的影响。皮肤病的诊断与鉴别通常需要依靠皮肤科医师长期丰富的临床经验和必要时的病理学检查,对于刚刚接触皮肤性病学的本科生来说,对疾病进行鉴别并对知识点达到真正的掌握是较为困难的。文章通过对当前国内本科生实践教学的分析,结合当前医疗教育改革的时势,根据国内外皮肤科诊断的新兴技术,提出了皮肤镜图片教学在本科生实践教学中应用的优势与建议。Dermatology is an important branch of clinical medicine.There are many types of skin diseases,and they have strong seasonality and regionality.The diagnosis and identification mainly depend on long-term and largescale clinical experience of dermatologists and pathology when necessary.Inspection,for undergraduates who have just come into contact with dermatology,it is more difficult to identify the disease and achieve a real grasp of the knowledge.Based on the analysis of the practice teaching of domestic undergraduates and the current situation of medical education reform,the paper proposes the advantages and suggestions of dermoscopy picture teaching in the practice teaching of undergraduates based on emerging technologies in dermatology diagnosis at home and abroad.
