乡村振兴视域下农民消费生活方式现代化浅探

摘　　要：农民消费生活方式贯穿于乡村振兴战略的总体要求之中,其现代化发展水平是衡量农民获得感、幸福感、安全感的重要杠杆。随着脱贫攻坚向乡村振兴的接续推进,农民消费生活方式具有明显的从传统向现代“过渡”的特征。受发展基础、管理体制、经济结构、文化水平等历史和现实因素的影响与制约,农民消费生活方式现代化发展进程相对滞缓。实现乡村振兴目标任务,必须同步推进农民消费观念和消费行为从传统到现代的转变,尤其要重视农民现代意识的养成。这是一个长期的、系统的社会工程,需要国家、社会和农民自身形成强大的合力,同步同向推进。The consumption lifestyle of farmers runs through the overall requirements of the rural revitalization strategy,and the level of its modern development is an important lever to measure the sense of gain,happiness and security of farmers.With the continuous promotion of poverty alleviation to rural revitalization,the consumption lifestyle of farmers has obvious characteristics of transition from traditional to modern.Due to the influence and restriction of historical and realistic factors,such as development foundation,management system,economic structure and cultural level,the development pace of the modernization of farmers’consumption lifestyle is relatively slow.To realize the goal and task of rural revitalization,we must simultaneously promote the transformation of farmers’consumption concept and behavior from traditional to modern and especially pay attention to the cultivation of farmers’modern consciousness.This is a long-term and systematic social project,which requires the state,society and farmers themselves to form a strong joint force with same aspiration.
