摘 要:文章介绍了冷却塔结构和运行特点,分析了冷却塔各部位噪声产生及传播特征,提出利用多通道片式消声器和声屏障、吸声板、隔声板等传统噪声治理技术解决噪声问题的综合治理方案。实际应用案例证明:在多通道片式消声器、声屏障、吸音板等多种隔音技术综合运用的条件下,冷却塔周围厂界噪声下降了10—20dB(A),满足了工业冷却塔运行过程降噪和通风的双重需求。This paper introduced the structure and operation characteristics of cooling tower,analyzed the characteristics of noise generation and transmission in various parts of cooling tower,and put forward a comprehensive noise control scheme to solve the noise problem by using the traditional noise control technologies such as multi-channel chip muffler and noise barrier,acoustic panel absorber and acoustic celotex board.The practical application case showed that the noise of the plant boundary around the cooling tower was reduced by 10-20dB(A)under the comprehensive application of multi-channel chip muffler,noise barrier,acoustic panel absorber and other noise canceling technologies,which met the dual needs of noise reduction and ventilation in the operation process of industrial cooling tower.
