摘　　要：针对国产智能型大型混凝土预制构件成套装备存在空白,严重影响建筑产业化的问题,开发了具有自主知识产权的年产40万m^(3)混凝土预制构件和年产100万m^(3)混凝土预制构件的自动化生产线及成套装备。在开发中,攻克了高效配料及智能混凝土构件制备、高效快速划线置模机械手及工艺、大型钢筋网全自动生产线、混凝土预制构件工艺多智能体控制、混凝土预制构件分布式养护与脱模、边模清洁与标识技术等关键技术,实现了工业混凝土预制构件成套装备开发、制造的国产化与产业化,填补了国产智能型大型混凝土预制构件成套装备的空白。In view of the blank of domestic intelligent large-scale unit of equipment for prefabricated concrete part,which seriously affects the industrialization of construction,automatic production lines and complete units of equipment with an annual output of 400000 m^(3)of prefabricated concrete parts and an annual output of 1 million m^(3)of prefabricated concrete parts with independent intellectual property right had been developed.In the development,key technologies had been conquered such as high-efficiency batching and intelligent preparation of concrete component,high efficient and quick marking and mold setting manipulator and technique,large-scale automatic production line for mesh reinforcement,multi-agent control of prefabricated concrete part technique,distributed maintenance and de-molding of prefabricated concrete component,side form cleaning and marking technology.It had realized the localization and industrialization on the development and manufacture of unit of equipment for industrial prefabricated concrete part,filing the blank of domestic intelligent large-scale unit of equipment for prefabricated concrete part.
