摘　　要：对清障车托臂进行受力分析,得出托臂与油缸相连接的三个铰点处的受力大小。在此基础上,通过解析法计算与有限元仿真,对三个铰点处的销轴进行强度校核,确认销轴强度满足要求。The stress analysis of the bracket arm of the wrecker truck was carried out,and the stresses at the three hinge points connecting the bracket arm and the hydro-cylinder were obtained.On this basis,through analytical calculation and finite element simulation,the strengths of the pin rolls at the three hinge points were checked to confirm that the strengths of the pin rolls meet the requirement.
