摘　　要：飞秒激光技术脉冲宽度超短、瞬时功率极高,应用于制造业各领域,可以提高生产效率和产品质量。介绍了飞秒激光技术的基本概念、特点与加工方式,从打孔、超滑表面加工、刻蚀与切割、清洗等方面分析了飞秒激光技术在制造业中的应用,并给出了飞秒激光技术的发展趋势。Femtosecond laser technology has ultra-short pulse width and extremely high instantaneous power.It is used in various manufacturing fields and can improve production efficiency and product quality.The basic concept,characteristics and processing methods of femtosecond laser technology were introduced.The application of femtosecond laser technology in manufacturing industry was analyzed from the aspects of driling,ultra-smooth surface processing,etching and cutting,and purging,and the development trend of femtosecond laser technology was given.
