摘　　要：针对盖板针布的工艺流程,设计了集淬火、刷光、切条于一体的盖板针布自动淬火一体机。介绍了这一设备的结构和特点,分析了台架部件、淬火区、控制区、刷光切条区等组成部分。与现有主流设备相比,盖板针布自动淬火一体机可以提高纺织企业生产效率,降低人工操作强度,并提高生产安全性,减少对环境的污染。Aiming at the process flow of flat clothing,an automatic quenching machine for flat clothing was designed,which integrated quenching,brushing and strip cutting.The structure and characteristics of this equipment were introduced,and the components of the rack component,quenching zone,control area,brushing and strip cutting section were analyzed.Compared with the existing mainstream equipment,the automatic quenching machine for flat clothing can improve the production efficiency of textile enterprise,reduce the intensity of manual operation,improve production safety,and reduce environmental pollution.
