人类命运共同体理念证伪新一轮“中国威胁论”

摘　　要：“中国威胁论”自新中国成立以来一直盛传于西方资本主义国家当中。新一轮“中国威胁论”随着美国前总统特朗普悍然对中国进行贸易制裁而再次进入大众的视野。新一轮“中国威胁论”是在资本天然的霸权逻辑、西方资本主义国家“国强必霸”镜像思维以及资本主义国家内部矛盾转移的现实性需要等多重因素下形成。从人类命运共同体的视角证伪新一轮“中国威胁论”需要深刻理解其对资本逻辑的批判;挖掘人类命运共同体提供的全球治理逻辑、实践逻辑的科学性、有效性以及可行性,只有真正做到从源头出发才能消解新一轮“中国威胁论”的危害。“China threat theory” has been widely spread in the western capitalist countries since the founding of the People’s Republic of China. A new round of “China threat theory” has come into public view again following former US President Donald Trump’s blatant trade sanctions against China. The new round of “China threat theory” is formed under multiple factors, such as the natural hegemonic logic of capital, the mirror thinking of “a strong country is bound to seek hegemony” in western capitalist countries, and the realistic need of the internal contradictions transfer in capitalist countries. To disprove the new round of “China threat theory” from the perspective of a community with a shared future for mankind requires a profound understanding of its criticism of capital logic. Only by exploring the scientific nature, effectiveness and feasibility of the logic of global governance and logic of practice provided by the community with a shared future for mankind can the harm of the new round of “China threat theory” be eliminated from the source.
