摘  要:锂离子电池的工作状态容易受温度影响,因此电池充放电过程中的产热特性值得重点关注。本文采用绝热环境下的ARC测试方法,研究了不同容量18650电池的比热与充放电产热特性。分析表明,电池单体容量越大,电池内活性物质含量越高,相同条件下充放电过程产热量与升温速率越大。此研究为电池成组的产热特性与散热设计提供了数据支撑。The working state of lithium-ion battery is easily affected by temperature,therefore the heat generation characteristics during charge and discharge are worthy of attention.In this paper,the ARC adiabatic environment test was used to study the specific heat capacity and charge-discharge heat generation characteristics of 18650 lithium-ion batteries with different capacities.The analysis shows that the larger the capacity and the higher the active material content of the cell,the greater the heat production and heating rate during charge and discharge process under the same conditions.This research provides data support for heat generation characteristics and heat dissipation design of battery packs.
