摘 要:采用原位聚合的方式,在合成不饱和聚酯亚胺树脂的过程中,混入高导热纳米材料,并配制成高导热环保型绝缘树脂。通过与直接物理搅拌混入高导热纳米材料的绝缘树脂对比发现,采用原位聚合制得的绝缘树脂固化挥发份极低,储存稳定,挂漆量高,粘结强度高,电气性能优异,导热系数达到0.45W/(m·K),具有优异的耐ATF(Automatic Transmission Fluid)油的性能,可应用于新能源汽车驱动电机领域。In the process of synthesis of unsaturated polyester imine resin by in-situ polymerization,nano-materials with high thermal conductivity were mixed into the insulating resin with high thermal conductivity and environmental protection.With direct physical mixing with high contrast,found that the insulation of the thermal conductive nano material resin by in-situ polymerization of insulating resin curing antioxidant1010 is extremely low,storage stability,hang a high amount of paint,high bonding strength,excellent electrical properties,thermal conductivity is 0.45 W/(m K),excellent ATF oil resistance,can be applied to the new energy vehicles drive motor areas.
