摘  要:为了探究不同环氧树脂添加量(0 wt%、10 wt%、20 wt%和30 wt%)对乙烯基酯树脂性能的影响,在乙烯基酯树脂中混入环氧树脂CYD128,使用促进剂和固化剂对树脂混合胶液进行固化,通过对比其固化收缩率、常温凝胶时间、放热曲线、高温凝胶时间、力学强度和模量,探究乙烯基酯树脂与环氧树脂同步固化实验的性能强化机制。实验结果表明:当环氧树脂的添加量达到20 wt%时,树脂混合胶液的固化收缩率最低,内部缠结程度最强,固化强度最为优异,其弯曲强度和拉伸强度分别达到127.5 MPa和52.5 MPa。In order to explore the effect of different epoxy resin additions(0 wt%,10 wt%,20 wt%and 30 wt%)on the properties of vinyl ester resin,epoxy resin CYD128 was mixed into vinyl ester resin,and the resin mixed glue was cured with accelerator and curing agent.By comparing its curing shrinkage,normal temperature gel time,exothermic curve,high temperature gel time,mechanical properties and modulus,the performance enhancement mechanism of the simultaneous curing experiment of vinyl ester resin and epoxy resin is known.The experimental results showed that when the addition amount of epoxy resin reached 20 wt%,the curing shrinkage of the resin mixed glue was the lowest,the degree of internal entanglement became the strongest,and the curing strength was the most excellent,its flexural strength and tensile strength reached 127.5 MPa and 52.5 MPa respectively.
