摘 要:本文的主要研究目的是寻找一种适合二氧化碲批量化生产的工艺技术。通过前期文献调研及实验工作,比较了氯化中和法、酸溶法、双氧水法3种不同制备二氧化碲的工艺过程,得出酸溶法制备二氧化碲技术更适合于工业化生产。同时,本文对酸溶法制备二氧化碲技术中酸浓度、酸用量对产物收率的影响进行了研究,对酸溶法制备工艺路线进行了验证,并成功制备出合格的二氧化碲样品。The main purpose of this paper is to find a suitable technology for the mass production of tellurium dioxide.Based on the literature research and experimental work,this paper compares three different preparation processes of tellurium dioxide by chlorination neutralization method,acid solution method and hydrogen peroxide method.It concludes that the preparation technology of tellurium dioxide by acid solution method is more suitable for industrial production.At the same time,the influence of acid concentration and acid dosage on product yield was studied in the preparation of tellurium dioxide by acid solution method,and the process route of acid solution method was verified,and qualified tellurium dioxide samples were successfully prepared.
