摘　　要：施工管理是目前房屋建筑等工程施工过程中必须常抓不懈的一项重要工作,工程中不重视施工现场的施工管理,就会使整个项目处于停滞不前的状态,各项工作都无法有序的开展。为确保工程安全、质量、进度目标的顺利进行及每年度预定目标的顺利实现,现将本人多年进行施工管理的经验做了总结和归纳,以期对施工项目管理起到很好地促进作用。Construction management is an important work in the process of housing construction and other projects.If we do not pay attention to the construction management at the construction site,the whole project will be in a stagnant state,and all the work can not be carried out orderly.In order to ensure the smooth progress of the project safety,quality and progress goals and the smooth realization of the annual predetermined goals,the author summarizes years of experience in construction management,hoping to play a good role in promoting construction project management.
