摘 要:随着水上交通基础设施的快速发展,海洋工程建设对水下地基处理提出了更高的要求。结合我国水运工程中遇到的部分特殊土地基,从新理论、新设备、新技术等角度,综述了水下真空预压、强夯技术、振冲密实、水泥搅拌桩、挤密砂桩、碎石桩等技术的进展,并结合大面积水下地基处理工程实践,介绍了常用复合地基技术的最新研究进展和应用;针对不同水下地基处理技术差异,提出了基于岩土状态参数设计施工思路。对水下地基处理面临的超深超软及风浪流挑战和发展进行了基于复杂水下土层及其状态参数设计、智能化信息化施工的展望。With the rapid development of water transport infrastructure, marine engineering construction has put forward higher requirements for underwater foundation treatment. Progress of various techniques, such as underwater vacuum preloading,compaction, vibro-compaction, DCM(deep cement mixing), SCP(sand compaction pile) and stone column is summarized from aspects of new theory, new equipment and new technology, considering special soil foundations in China’s water transport projects. Meanwhile, the latest research progress and application of common composite foundation technology are introduced based on practices of large area underwater foundation treatment. Design and construction concept based on geotechnical state parameters is proposed based on the differences of different underwater foundation treatment technologies. In the end, a prospect of solutions to the challenges of ultra-deep and ultra-soft soil with extreme wave in underwater foundation treatment is expounded based on complex underwater soil layers, state parameter design and intelligent construction.
