摘 要:针对某千吨级工程船在螺旋桨螺距为30%~50%时出现的船尾结构振动问题,通过实船测试排查,逐步找出尾部主甲板振动的具体原因,主要是尾部主甲板板格结构固有频率与螺旋桨激励频率吻合引起的局部共振。经过分析给出具体的振动控制措施,通过对船尾结构进行加强,提高局部刚度,从而改变尾部主甲板板格的局部固有频率。经过实船测试验证,证明振动问题得到很好解决。该研究有助于可调螺距螺旋桨船舶尾部出现异常振动时的判断、识别以及治理。Based on the stern structural vibration problem of a thousand-ton engineering ship when the propeller pitch is 30%~50%, the concrete reason of the vibration of the stern main deck is found out gradually through the real ship test,which is mainly the local resonance caused by the natural frequency of the plate structure of the stern main deck consistent with the propeller excitation frequency. After analysis, the vibration control measures are given, and the local natural frequency of the main stern deck is changed by strengthening the stern structure and increasing the local stiffness. It is proved that the vibration problem is well solved by ship test. The research is helpful to the judgment, identification and control of abnormal vibration of propeller ship with adjustable pitch.
