摘 要:为探究船舶水润滑轴承材料在极地地区运行环境的摩擦磨损性能,选用聚氨酯(PU)、赛龙(SR)和超高分子量聚乙烯(UHMWPE)3种材料,在0℃和-1.5℃的设计环境工况下开展水润滑性能测试,并与其在20℃的常温工况下的性能表现进行对比,进而分析测试材料在不同工况下的摩擦学性能及其磨损机理。结果表明:在低温水润滑工况下,UHMWPE的摩擦学性能均优于PU与SR,同时其摩擦系数与磨损率较其在常温工况平均降低了14.5%和22.9%;PU和UHMWPE主要磨损形式为磨粒磨损和黏着磨损,SR的磨损形式主要为疲劳磨损和黏着磨损。综合分析,UHMWPE材料在试验工况下的摩擦学性能最优。To study the effects of polar operating environment temperature on tribological properties of water lubricated bearing materials. In this paper, three materials Polyurethane(PU), Thordon(SR) and ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene(UHMWPE) were selected. The friction and wear properties of the composites were tested under the design environmental conditions of 0℃ water lubrication and-1.5℃ water lubrication, they are compared with 20℃ water lubrication.Then the tribological properties and wear mechanism of the tested materials under different working conditions are comprehensively analyzed. The results show that under the low temperature water lubrication, the tribological properties of UHMWPE are better than those of PU and SR. At the same time, the friction coefficient and wear rate of UHMWPE are reduced by 14.5% and 22.9% on average compared with normal temperature water lubrication, the main wear forms of PU and UHMWPE are abrasive wear and adhesive wear, the wear forms of SR are fatigue wear and adhesive wear, and the wear forms of the three materials are weakened at low temperature. By comprehensive analysis, the water lubrication performance of UHMWPE is the best among the three materials.
