摘 要:杭州中心的地上双塔采用框架-核心筒结构,裙房采用框架-剪力墙结构。杭州中心设计的主要难点是紧邻地铁的超深地下室、复杂大底盘双塔结构。从基础设计、支护结构设计、地下室设计关键问题等方面阐述了此类超深地下室设计要点及难点。介绍了上部结构的结构体系、主要不规则项、抗震性能化设计等内容。采用YJK软件重点研究了高层大底盘裙房对双塔结构的影响。最后,通过PKPM-SAUSAGE软件对结构进行动力弹塑性时程分析,结果表明地上结构可满足既定的性能化设计目标。The above-ground twin towers of Hangzhou Center adopt a frame-core tube structure, and the podium adopts a frame-shear wall structure. The main difficulty in the design of Hangzhou Center is the ultra-deep basement adjacent to the subway and the complex double-tower structure with large chassis. The key points and difficulties of such ultra-deep basement design were expounded from the aspects of foundation design, support structure design, and key issues of basement design. The structural system, main irregular items, and seismic performance-based design of the superstructure were introduced. The influence of high-rise large chassis podium on twin-tower structure was mainly studied by using YJK software. Finally, the dynamic elastic-plastic time history analysis was carried out by PKPM-SAUSAGE software, and the results show that the above-ground structure can meet the established performance-based design goals.
