摘  要:为满足现代高科技战争需要,舰船装备了一系列先进的机电设备,这些机电设备对运行环境要求较高,当受到武器攻击时易出现破坏,影响机电设备正常功能。为保证机电设备能够抵御非线性冲击,必须设计和开发非线性隔振器,提高隔振器的响应效果。本文分析非线性冲击隔离、非线性冲击响应计算和非线性冲击缓冲元件设计,并对舰船机电设备非线性冲击响应进行理论建模。通过仿真实验,验证采用渐硬特性隔振器和半正弦16 ms冲击激励形式能够达到最佳的非线性冲击响应效果。In order to meet the needs of modern high-tech warfare, ships are equipped with a series of advanced electromechanical equipment. These electromechanical equipment have high requirements on the operating environment. When attacked by weapons, they are prone to damage and affect the normal function of electromechanical equipment. In order to ensure that electromechanical equipment can resist nonlinear shocks, nonlinear vibration isolators must be designed and developed to improve the response effect of vibration isolators. The article analyzes nonlinear shock isolation, nonlinear shock response calculation and nonlinear shock buffer element design, and theoretically models the nonlinear shock response of ship electromechanical equipment. The 16 ms shock excitation form can achieve the best nonlinear shock response effect.
