摘 要:船舶操纵模拟器是模拟各种海况下船舶控制操作,对操纵决策的正确性和有效性进行验证的一种计算机仿真模拟技术。在船舶驾驶培训中,要运用危险性评估与预报对船舶操纵的可靠性进行评估,以便于及时发现和规避操作风险,减少不必要的损失。本文介绍船舶操纵模拟器与危险性评估,分析船舶操纵模拟器在宽水域航行碰撞、狭水道航行搁浅、狭水道航行碰撞3种情况下的危险评估与预报,并通过模拟实验验证危险性评估的有效性,为船舶安全通航提供研究依据。Ship maneuvering simulator is a computer simulation technology that simulates ship control operations under various sea conditions and verifies the correctness and effectiveness of maneuvering decisions. In ship driving training,risk assessment and forecasting should be used to evaluate the reliability of ship maneuvering, so as to discover and avoid operational risks in time and reduce unnecessary losses. The article introduces the ship maneuvering simulator and risk assessment, analyzes the risk assessment and prediction of the ship maneuvering simulator in three situations, navigational collision in wide waters, grounding in narrow channel navigation, and navigational collision in narrow channel effectiveness,and provide a research basis for the safe navigation of ships.
