摘　　要：湘西州钒矿成矿地质条件优越,资源丰富,开发利用潜力巨大,素有“钒海”之美称。以往在钒矿开发利用中存在技术创新不足、综合利用率不高和历史遗留地质环境问题包袱重等难题,钒矿产业持续发展面临严峻挑战。为了更好满足湘西州经济建设和社会发展对钒矿资源的需求,充分发挥湘西州钒矿的资源优势,践行习近平总书记“绿水青山就是金山银山”的重要指导思想和“守护好一江碧水”重要指示精神,本文围绕矿业绿色发展内涵,系统梳理了湘西州钒矿资源开发利用中存在的问题,提出钒矿资源绿色发展的主要对策,以期指导湘西州钒矿产业发展,推动湘西州钒矿绿色发展与高质量发展。The vanadium deposit in Xiangxi Prefecture has superior geological conditions,abundant resources and huge potential for development and utilization.It is known as the“vanadium sea”.In the past development and utilization,there were problems such as insufficient technological innovation,low comprehensive utilization rate,and heavy burden of geological environmental problems left over from history.The sustainable development of the vanadium ore industry is facing severe challenges.In order to better meet the demand for vanadium ore resources in Xiangxi Prefecture’s economic construction and social development,give full play to the resource advantages of Xiangxi Prefecture’s vanadium mines,and practice General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important guiding ideology that“lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets”and the spirit of the important instruction of“Protect One River and Clear Water”,this paper focuses on the connotation of green development of the mining industry,systematically sorts out the problems existing in the development and utilization of vanadium ore resources in western Hunan,and proposes the main countermeasures for the green development of vanadium ore resources.in order to guide the Industrial development of vanadium ore in Xiangxi Prefecture,to promote the green development and high-quality development of Xiangxi Vanadium Mine.
