时局造城,城为人建——南宋安庆府城址变迁刍议  

On the Relocation of Anqing Ancient City in Southern Song Dynasty from the Perspectives of Situation and People

摘　　要：安庆府自古并无包砌严实的城池,南宋时期处于宋与金、蒙对峙中心地区,具有重要战略地位,重新修筑城池便成为历任官员的一致认识。而建城者们的选址思想存在着差异,知府黄榦循旧府治筑城,以保护府城居民免遭战火及水患之扰为目的;将领杨义驻守安庆府,迁城于安庆府东南沿江皖口城旧址,以弥补旧府城为蒙军攻陷后的防御空隙,属于一时权宜,主要是为抵御蒙军渡江;沿江制置使马光祖则力图重新构建长江防御体系,依托宜城渡优越的地理环境而修筑府城,并致力于将府城打造成长江防线中的江防要津。这一城址历经元明清三代一直延续至今,其屡筑屡徙的动态过程体现了古代城池选址思想中人地二重因素的互动与时局因应。Anqing(安庆)has not been a tightly walled city since ancient times.In the Southern Song Dynasty,it was located at the central area of the confrontation between Song,Jin and Mongolia,with an important strategic significance.The reconstruction of the city became the unanimous understanding of successive officials.There are differences in the ideas about site selection among the city builders.The governor Huang Gan followed the old government to build the city in order to protect the residents of the city from war and flood;the general Yang Yi stationed in Anqing ancient city and moved the city to the former site of Wankou(皖口)ancient city along the river in the southeast of Anqing ancient city,so as to make up for the defense gap after the capture of the old mansion by the Mongolian army.It was a temporary expedient,mainly to resist the Mongolian army crossing the Yangtze River;Ma Guangzu,the military commissioner along the Yangtze River,tried to rebuild the defense system along the Yangtze River,built the ancient city relying on the superior geographical environment of Yichengdu(宜城渡),and was committed to building the ancient city into an important river defense post in the defense line along the Yangtze River.This city site has experienced the Yuan,Ming and Qing Dynasties and has continued today.Its dynamic process of repeated construction and migration reflects the interaction of human and land factors and the response to the current situation in the ancient thought of city site selection.
