摘 要:工程造价软件已经成为决定工程建设投资的主要支撑工具,其相对于工程造价计算规则的准确性、严谨性,将直接影响建设工程投资。文章通过采用传统人工算量与具有一定代表性的3款算量软件,对相同设计图纸的同一建设项目的混凝土、模板、钢筋和装饰工程量进行计算,并进行详细测评分析,对比其中差异。研究得出两者差异产生的原因:一是造价工程师、算量软件对设计图纸和标准图集的理解不一致,导致软件对计算设置尤其是扣减设置发生偏差;二是造价工程师对造价软件的设置、运算逻辑操作不够熟练,建模不够精细;三是部分软件在设计过程中确实存在漏洞,没有完全遵循统一的工程量计算规则。文章就此提出了具体改进建议,可为改进工程造价软件偏差方面提供研究基础。The Cost Engineering software has become the main supporting tool to determine the project construction investment. Its accuracy and preciseness relative to the Cost Engineering standard will directly affect the construction project investment. In this study, the traditional manual quantity calculation and three representative quantity calculation software are used to calculate the quantities of concrete, formwork, reinforcement and decoration of the same construction project with the same design drawing, compare the differences and explore the reasons: first, the cost engineer and the quantity calculation software have different understanding of the design drawing and the standard atlas, resulting in the deviation of the software on the calculation setting, especially the deduction setting;second, the cost engineer is not proficient in the setting and operation of the cost software, and the modeling is not fine enough;third, some software did have bugs in the design process, and did not fully follow the unified rules of engineering quantity calculation. In view of the above problems, it is proposed that software development enterprises should strengthen technical research and development, cost engineers should constantly improve their professional and technical level, and the government should strengthen the improvement measures of behavior supervision.
