摘　　要：城市污水排放项目一般是新建城市污水排放处理厂、改建或者扩建已有污水排放处理厂,或者改善局部功能或处理规模。文章以新建城市污水处理厂进行项目投资概算,并论证设计概算对项目经济评价的影响。城市污水排放处理系统是决定一个城市是否能正常运转的市政类项目,它将生产生活用水的废弃部分、污水部分进行收集并输送至污水处理厂,综合处理后回收利用。城市污水排放项目是关系国计民生的建设类工程,在项目建设前期进行精准有效的投资估算以及设计概算,将对项目的投入起到决定性的作用。Urban sewage discharge projects are generally to build new urban sewage discharge and treatment plants,reconstruct or expand existing sewage discharge and treatment plants, or improve local functions or treatment scale. In this paper, the investment estimate of the new urban sewage treatment plant is carried out, and the impact of the design estimate on the economic evaluation of the project is demonstrated. Urban sewage discharge and treatment system is a municipal project that determines whether a city can operate normally. The waste part and sewage part of production and domestic water are collected and transported to the sewage treatment plant for comprehensive treatment and recycling. Urban sewage discharge project is a construction project related to international people’s livelihood. Therefore, accurate and effective investment estimation and design budget estimation in the early stage of project construction will play a decisive role in the investment of the project.
