摘  要:超声TOFD成像检测技术的应用使定量化定征焊缝缺陷成为了可能,然而超声TOFD检测图像的分辨率问题成为了制约其对缺陷位置及尺寸等几何量进行精确定量的瓶颈问题。为解决该问题,提出了一种基于线性矩阵求解的焊接缺陷几何量定征技术。通过对焊接缺陷超声TOFD检测成像的特点进行分析研究,构建超声TOFD图像的解析模型,并在此基础上采用实测数据与模型之间的代数距离作为优化目标函数构建线性方程组,将原本非线性的参数估计问题转换成线性的矩阵求解问题,提高了问题求解的效率,为算法在实际应用中的实时性提供了可能。为了验证该测量方法的可行性和有效性,分别开展了仿真与实测实验,实测实验中所用的钢制试块中包含了4个高度不一的平底孔作为人工缺陷,结果误差均在5%以内。与现有的优化算法相比,该方法计算效率更高,综合性能更好。The application of ultrasonic TOFD imaging detection technology makes it possible to quantitatively characterize weld defects.However,the resolution of ultrasonic TOFD detection image has become a bottleneck problem restricting its accurate quantification of geometric quantities such as defect location and size.In order to solve this problem,a geometric quantity characterization technology of welding defects based on linear matrix solution is proposed.Through the analysis and research on the characteristics of ultrasonic TOFD detection and imaging of welding defects,the analytical model of ultrasonic TOFD image is constructed.On this basis,thealgebraic distance between the measured data and the model is used as the optimization objective function to construct the linear equations.The original nonlinear parameter estimation problem is transformed into a linear matrix solution problem,which improves the efficiency of problem solving,It provides the possibility for the real-time performance of the algorithm in practical application.In order to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the measurement method,simulation and measurement experiments are carried out respectively.The steel test block used in the measurement experiment contains four flat bottom holes with different heights as artificial defects,and the error of the results is less than 5%.Compared with the existing optimization algorithms,it has higher computational efficiency and better comprehensive performance.
