摘　　要：中药壁虎在我国药用历史悠久,目前仍被广泛用于各种肿瘤疾病的治疗,尤其对消化系统肿瘤的治疗效果最佳,具有毒副作用小等优点。近年来国内外学者对壁虎抗肿瘤的物质基础和药理作用进行了大量研究,取得了一定的研究成果,但其成分种类复杂,作用机制仍不清楚。从壁虎抗肿瘤的本草考证、有效成分、临床应用及药理作用四个方面进行系统地归纳总结,为壁虎抗肿瘤的深入研究及新药开发提供参考。Gecko has a long history in Chinese medicine,and is still widely used in the treatment of various tumor diseases at present.In particular,it has the best therapeutic effect on digestive system tumors,and has the advantages of small side effects and so on.Therefore,Gecko is known as the"anti-tumor star".In recent years,scholars have conducted a lot of research reports on the material basis and pharmacological mechanism of gecko in the treatment of tumors,and some research achievements have been made.However,its components are complex and its mechanism of action is still unclear.Therefore,this paper systematically summarizes the herbal research,active components,clinical application and pharmacological action of gecko therapy for cancer,which provides a certain reference for the in-depth study of gecko therapy for cancer and the development of new drugs.
