摘　　要：智慧医疗的不断发展,极大地提升了患者就医和医疗机构运转的工作效率。医疗信息管理平台为患者和医生之间提供了一个良好的桥梁,使医疗机构能够为社会大众提供完整、准确的健康信息,但绝大部分医疗信息管理平台存储患者的相关信息时,未实施有效的加密措施,患者信息存在被盗用的风险。本文针对患者和医疗机构,提出了一种防欺骗的医疗病历加密方案,采用可视密码技术对患者诊断信息进行加密存储。实验结果表明,本方案可实现对医疗病历的无损恢复,验证图像恢复质量良好,并且可以防止医疗病历在使用和存储过程中的欺骗行为。Continuous development of the Wisdom Medical greatly improves the efficiencies of patients seeking medical advice and medical institutions operating.Medical information management platform provides a good bridge between the patients and the doctors,and enables the medical institutions to provide complete and accurate health information to the public.However,most medical information management platforms do not take sufficient cryptographic measures when storing patients’relevant information,and the patient information is at risk of being stolen.Aiming at patients and medical institutions,an anti-spoofing encryption scheme for medical records is proposed in this paper,where visual cryptography technology is adopted to realize the encryption storage of patient diagnostic information.Experiment results indicate that the proposed scheme could achieve non-destructive recovery of the medical records,and the quality of image recovery is verified to be superior.With the proposed scheme,fraudulent behavior to the medical records during the usage and storage will be prevented.
