摘  要:可生物降解聚合物由于其具有绿色、环境友好、资源节约等特点,正逐步成为引领当今世界科技创新和经济发展的又一个新的主导产业。可生物降解聚合物在工程塑料、包装材料、薄膜材料等领域的应用已经趋于成熟,但是在鞋材鞋面中的应用研究较少。本文介绍了聚乳酸、聚羟基烷酸酯、聚己内酯的性能,并对其复合材料进行分析,重点关注不同聚合物的相容性,并考察其物理力学性能、发泡性能等,最后对可生物降解聚合物在鞋材鞋面中的应用进行了展望。Biodegradable polymers are gradually becoming another new leading industry leading the world’s scientific and technological innovation and economic development due to their green,environment-friendly and resource-saving characteristics. The application of biodegradable polymers in engineering plastics, packaging materials, film materials and other fields had become mature, but the application of biodegradable polymers in shoe materials were less researched. The properties of polylactic acid, polyhydroxyalkanoate and polycaprolactone were introduced, and their composite materials were analyzed. This paper focused on the compatibility of different polymers, plus, examined their physical mechanical properties, foaming properties, etc., and finally the application of biodegradable polymers in shoe materials was prospected.
